The Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle Federal Way plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading, directing, and managing all hotel operations.
  • Oversee hotel budgeting and forecasting.
  • Implement and comply with all company policies and brand standards.
  • Manage sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Serve as multidepartment head for Operations, Front Office, and Property Operation.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, and training department heads.
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify operational performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
  • Act as General Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
