Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations by enforcing policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Support the General Manager in teaching the team to achieve high performance standards.
• Demonstrate integrity and exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Comprehend and perform every station in the restaurant up to the Assistant General Manager level.
• Supervise scheduled shifts and manage restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Assist in administrative duties and employee evaluations.
• Maintain clear communication with the General Manager regarding operations.
• Manage scheduling functionalities and maintain employee profiles.
• Assist in meeting financial objectives related to food and labor costs.
• Deliver a fantastic guest experience by executing the hg Engine efficiently.
• Coach and develop Service Managers and train all employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to work any shifts and days of the week.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Two years of strong food preparation and line experience required.
• Experience in a fast casual or similar restaurant environment preferred.
