About the position

The Assistant General Manager at Pure Taqueria Brookhaven is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house staff in a full-service restaurant. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and host/hostesses.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements for guests.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Train and supervise front of house staff, including providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or front of house supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of catering, coffee, food production, bartending, banquet, and hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
