About the position

Elements Massage® is seeking a Sales Manager/Operations Manager to oversee the sales and operations of a Massage Therapy wellness studio. This management position offers growth opportunities within the wellness industry, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the massage therapy wellness studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Identify problems and develop solutions to enhance studio performance.
• Set expectations and delegate tasks effectively.
• Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a team efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to identify problems and set goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
