About the position

The Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell plays a crucial role in supporting the restaurant's operations and ensuring that it meets Taco Bell's standards. This position involves managing shifts, overseeing team members, and handling administrative duties. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, especially in the absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and Shift Managers to ensure they complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Assist the General Manager with facility maintenance.
• Help in finding, hiring, and developing excellent Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit.
• Make sure health and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant management is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is preferred.
