Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods.
