As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Bozzuto, you will play a crucial role in leading the community's operations while embodying the company's core values. Responsibilities

• Leading by example and embodying the core values and culture of Bozzuto.
• Contributing to financial objectives by managing rent collection and delinquency.
• Conducting informative tours to achieve occupancy goals and secure new leases.
• Building brand loyalty and ensuring positive resident interactions.
• Maintaining impeccable community standards and professional team appearance.
• Coaching and mentoring team members in the absence of the PM/GM.
• Working weekends to accommodate prospective residents.

Requirements

• A college degree.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets, and account receivables.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred) and computer programs.
• Sales aptitude.
