About the position

As an Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will play a crucial role in the success of the restaurant by leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer experience is met with a positive and engaging attitude, embodying the brand's commitment to 'Serve Others' with Mas Heart. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and recognizing the talents of your team members, fostering an environment of growth and development. This position requires you to work approximately 50 hours a week, which may include shifts during the day, afternoon, and night, depending on the needs of the restaurant. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a restaurant experience that both team members and customers can be proud of, ultimately driving the success of the business.
