The AGM is responsible for achieving financial sustainability and customer satisfaction while also being accountable for the gym's overall performance. Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the team and overseeing gym operations.
• Ensure a superior customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Drive membership sales and establish community partnerships to enhance business relationships.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff within operational budgets.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
• Manage daily operations, including payroll, scheduling, and inventory oversight.
• Promote CLUB4 Fitness within local communities and ensure accurate daily deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the facility for inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a 2- or 4-year degree or four years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience in a high-level customer service industry preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong sales background and customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
