Assistant General Managers (AGM's) are the primary support system for the General Manager. AGM's are constantly developing their retail management skills daily, focusing on their supervisory experience, coaching skills, and business acumen. AGM's primary focus includes leadership of Shift Leaders and Crew Members by supporting each individual's development, crew deployment, drive thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and red book execution. They are expected to provide fast, friendly, and energetic service and be a team player who can jump in wherever needed. The goal is to develop management skills by supporting and being an integral part of a great store team, helping to support the General Manager by leading the team and nurturing their talents, and exceeding loyal customers' expectations.
