Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and enhance guest engagement.
• Champion change and foster a positive work environment.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and service quality.

Requirements

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety/security systems.
• Proficient in computer operations and management.
