About The Position

The Assistant General Manager at Popeye's Louisiana Chicken is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring quality service and product delivery while managing a team. Requirements

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests efficiently and friendly.
  • Manage inventory and perform bank deposits.
  • Conduct training and performance appraisals for staff.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
