About The Position
As an Assistant General Manager at Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the U.S., you will lead a sales team to create exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment. Your role involves developing sales specialists, driving sales targets, managing store operations, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for coaching team members, resolving customer issues, and maintaining store functionality in the absence of the General Manager.
