Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and model the standards and behaviors consistent with Fresh Kitchen's core values and culture.
  • Attract, identify, and hire team members who embody the Fresh Vibe and can grow within the organization.
  • Communicate team wins, priorities, best practices, and operational changes effectively.
  • Engage with the local community through marketing and involvement initiatives.
  • Achieve store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success.
  • Schedule daily labor requirements to meet business needs and enhance customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards consistently.
  • Maintain high food quality standards and production levels through effective BOH and FOH execution.
  • Address performance issues promptly and respectfully through coaching and counseling.
  • Contribute ideas for increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations.
  • Assist in training, leadership, and development of all team members.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management or culinary leadership experience.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and developing teams.
  • Ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
  • Willingness to complete a background check.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServSafe certification required.
  • Proficient in computers, POS software, and restaurant back office software.
