About the position
As an Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will play a crucial role in managing the restaurant's operations alongside the General Manager. This part-time position focuses on enhancing guest experiences and ensuring the restaurant meets its performance metrics. You will oversee a team that includes Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, fostering a dynamic and energetic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the work of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
- Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement to create legendary experiences.
- Champion change and promote a positive work culture.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others effectively.
- Passion for training and developing team members.
