The Assistant General Manager at Fresh Brothers is a leadership role focused on managing the restaurant's operations to achieve optimal success. Responsibilities

• Ensures execution and compliance of Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Manages food, inventory, and equipment controls.
• Maintains food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution.
• Builds important connections with customers and provides excellent dine-in, take-out, and delivery service.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and maintenance to high company standards.
• Directs, coaches, and trains team members to high performance levels.
• Responsible for labor controls, recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, corrective actions, and performance development.
• Maintains restaurant financial controls, including P&L, budget, and SPLH ownership.
• Identifies and secures sales opportunities proactively.
• Completes administrative responsibilities including system reports and proprietary applications.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a focus on customer experience.
• Ability to manage financial controls and understand P&L statements.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and reporting.
