The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring cleanliness, cookie quality, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to provide clear instructions, and a focus on team collaboration. The position involves managing schedules, inventory, and sales while also addressing customer concerns and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the operation of the store
• Maintaining the store's cleanliness, cookie quality, and customer service
• Creating work schedules
• Placing inventory orders
• Tracking store sales and managing healthy labor cost
• Teaching & enforcing Crumbl policies and rules
• Contacting frustrated customers and resolving problems
• Transporting supplies to and from neighboring Crumbl stores

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours in a day on occasion, with sitting down breaks within
