Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Learn to run a strong business including hiring and training staff
• Oversee the preparation of safe and delicious food
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience

Requirements

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
• Ability to oversee food preparation and maintain cleanliness
• Passion for leadership and team development
• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
