About the position

The Assistant General Manager will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards while delivering exceptional guest services. This role involves managing inventory, food and beverage operations, labor, and security, as well as preparing reports and executing sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales.
• Create and execute plans for department sales, profit, and staff development.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of Restaurant Management Experience.
• Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training, and termination of employees.
• Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards.
• Hands-on management style.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry.
• Great Customer Focus.
• Good Food Production Skills.
• Current driver's license.
