Responsibilities

• Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to our guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
• Manage inventory effectively to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Oversee bank deposits and financial transactions.
• Conduct training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Perform performance appraisals to assess employee development and productivity.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
• Outgoing personality.
