About the position

The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and financial profitability. This position involves leading various departments, managing hotel performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, directing, and managing all hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Serve as multi-department head for Operations, Front Office, and Property Operation.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating department heads.
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Identify operational performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
• Act as General Manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a hospitality environment.
• Strong customer focus and adaptability to changing situations.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
