The Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell plays a crucial role in supporting the restaurant's operations and the General Manager. Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Oversee team members and Shift Managers to ensure completion of assigned duties.
• Ensure the restaurant serves safe, high-quality food in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and customers.
• Ensure all team member training and certifications are completed as planned.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and local regulations.
• Assist in the development of Shift Managers and future leaders.
• Help with restaurant maintenance and operations.
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Support the General Manager in maintaining strong financial results.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of restaurant experience required with proven leadership experience on all shifts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check including MVR.
• Must be able to pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected to work 50 hours per week with open availability.
