The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Westside Pizza will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction, handling customer complaints and feedback as needed.
• Supervise and train staff in all areas of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support the GM in managing food inventory, labor costs, and ordering supplies.
• Oversee cleanliness, food safety, and overall restaurant maintenance.
• Schedule and manage shifts to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Analyze financial reports and work with the GM to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist in marketing efforts and promotions to drive business growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year of restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).
