The Assistant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the business, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and customer service operations
• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with various departments
• Supervise and train staff members to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Manage costs according to Business Plan and P&L
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
• Oversee scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a full service restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to the industry
• Knowledge of food service management and culinary practices is a plus
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
