Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to create a family environment.
• Manage all front and back of house operations effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive results.
• Attract, identify, and hire team members who align with sweetgreen's values.
• Communicate team wins, priorities, and operational changes effectively.
• Engage with the local community through marketing and involvement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality floor management and effective labor deployment.
• Achieve store sales and financial objectives by removing barriers to success.
• Schedule daily labor requirements to meet business needs and enhance customer experiences.
• Maintain food safety and security standards consistently.
• Lead strong execution in food service and production levels.
• Address performance issues respectfully and coach team members accordingly.
• Contribute ideas for increased productivity and improved operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a restaurant management role.
• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred.
• Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food and restaurant operations.
• Understanding of local and organic products.
