About the position

As an Assistant General Manager at Victra, you will lead a retail store team, focusing on driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and developing sales specialists. Your role will involve operational management, coaching team members, and ensuring the store meets its financial and merchandising goals. You will be responsible for creating a positive in-store atmosphere that aligns with Victra's brand values and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and leading a sales team to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Coaching team members one-on-one to improve performance and sales skills.
• Setting and sharing daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with the team.
• Resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Running daily store operations, including staffing analysis and financial reporting.
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining store cleanliness and security.
• Leading store merchandising and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility for achieving store targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in retail management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in managing store operations and compliance.
