About The Position
The Assistant General Manager at Hog & Hominy is responsible for creating a welcoming, guest-centered experience in the restaurant. This role involves strong service training, managing the front-of-house (FOH) team, and ensuring adherence to the standards of the EnjoyAM Restaurant Group. The Assistant General Manager will also handle restaurant setup and breakdown, cover for the General Manager during absences, and assist in operations to develop their management skills.
