Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of hospitality for all stakeholders that supports business objectives and growth.
• Collaborate with other leaders to set standards and create educational opportunities for team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with team members to align on restaurant standards.
• Maintain positive working relationships with kitchen leaders and line staff throughout service periods.
• Continuously provide support to all service staff and actively participate in the cycle of service as needed.
• Remain current and compliant with HR practices and policies, holding employees accountable to standards.
• Ensure Health Department compliance as it pertains to the operation.
• Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind.
• Drive sales through repeat guest interaction, events, and community engagement.
• Collaborate on and lead Dinner Service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience, ideally with at least 1 year in management.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent Food and Beverage Knowledge.
• Strong passion for educating and leading others.
