About the position

The Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell is responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. This role involves training and coaching team members, ensuring a positive restaurant experience for both customers and staff, and achieving operational success through effective team management.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and engage customers and fellow Team Members.
  • Train, coach, and recognize the talent within the team.
  • Ensure growth through excellent service delivery.
  • Create a restaurant experience that is enjoyable for both team members and customers.
  • Work approximately 50 hours a week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
