Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in achieving club-wide goals.
• Set the bar for sales and customer service as co-captain of the team.
• Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training services.
• Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions.
• Serve as the 'manager on duty' for customer service needs.
• Help lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• AED Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or management
• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
