About the position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Church's Chicken plays a crucial role in ensuring a superior dining experience for guests by overseeing daily restaurant operations. This position involves managing guest service, food preparation, staffing, team development, and administrative functions under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). The AGM is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience by exceeding guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Delivers Exceptional Brand Standards, ensuring cleanliness and safety in food preparation and service.
• Builds Talented Teams by assisting in recruiting, training, and performance management of team members.
• Communicates Openly with Manager and Team Members, providing feedback and ensuring job expectations are met.
• Demonstrates and Fosters Team Work, supporting company values and creating a positive work environment.
• Manages Staffing Plans and Financial Reports, assisting in scheduling and analyzing operational reports.
• Performs Administrative Duties as Assigned, including shift reports and compliance with cash handling processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be available to work a minimum schedule of 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
