Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing complaints.
  • Manage food production processes to ensure quality and presentation of menu items.
  • Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Complete daily paperwork and ensure cash control guidelines are followed.
  • Assist in recruiting and managing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and provide input on employee performance.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Full-Service Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of food production and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
