About the position

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, meeting Taco Bell standards, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Taco Bell standards.
  • Delegate tasks and provide instructions to team members.
  • Monitor food safety precautions and ensure compliance.
  • Make quick and appropriate decisions to solve problems.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while interacting with customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of two years previous management experience.
  • Basic computer literacy and math skills.
  • Ability to lift 10-40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
