• Handle escalations and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales-focused, target-driven retail environment.
• Experience in team management as an assistant, lead, or department manager.
• Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals.
• Kitchen or relevant industry experience preferred.
