About the position

The Assistant General Manager at Crunch Fitness is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring a positive environment for both staff and members. This role emphasizes leadership, team collaboration, and achieving sales and revenue goals while promoting the company's 'No Judgments' philosophy. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Recruit and hire the highest possible caliber of staff.
• Achieve desired sales goals.
• Achieve desired revenue goals through the leadership and motivation of employees.
• Implement and support company programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.

Requirements

• Health club & gym experience (Required)
• Certified Personal Trainer certification.
