Responsibilities
- Assist the Group Home Manager in supervising staff.
- Provide care to clients based on their level of need.
- Review MARs and Electronic Health Record ISP data.
- Assist in the running and managing of the physical home.
Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma / GED required.
- 2+ years of group home leadership experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the IDD community and services.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo pre-employment requirements.
