Responsibilities
- Cloning
- Transplanting
- Pruning, weeding, and canopy management
- Cleaning
- Maintenance checklist
- Closing checklist
- Harvesting and maintaining a 3-day turnaround
- HVAC maintenance
- Foliar feeding
- Pest control including spraying and fogging
- Releasing predators
- Outdoor property cleanup including cutting, clearing, and burning brush
Requirements
- Active OLCC cannabis handlers card
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Experience in indoor gardening practices
