Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance performance and service quality.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring all events meet client expectations.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the food service team to ensure high-quality dining experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential.
• Strong background in inventory control, staff training, and supervising teams.
• Familiarity with catering services and the food industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
