Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize inventory operations during inventory events.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team of inventory professionals.
  • Ensure productivity, accuracy, and customer service standards are met.
  • Manage payroll and control expenses to achieve solid financial results.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent for future bench strength.
  • Adapt to changing working conditions and work varied hours, including early mornings and late nights.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position.
  • Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record in recruiting and training.
  • Ability to manage payroll and expenses effectively.
  • Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks including drug screening and MVR check.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required.
