About the position

The Area Manager for Inventory Operations at WIS International is a leadership role focused on overseeing and optimizing inventory operations. The Area Manager will work closely with District and Regional Leadership to develop team members and uphold the company's core values in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize inventory operations during inventory events.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team of inventory professionals.
• Ensure customer service excellence through productivity and accuracy measurements.
• Uphold professional standards and exceptional customer service.
• Manage payroll, control expenses, and focus on employee performance to increase production.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position.
• Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent.
• Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts.
