About the position

As an Assistant Manager at Domino's, you will be responsible for overseeing the franchise location in the absence of the General Manager. This role involves managing staff productivity, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism. Assistant Managers are considered General Managers in training and are expected to lead the team effectively during their shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations and productivity of the staff during shifts.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the General Manager.
  • Manage cost control, inventory control, and cash control.
  • Ensure customer relations are maintained at a high standard.
  • Handle staffing and training of team members.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold a perfect image.
  • Work to a schedule and ensure attendance and punctuality.
  • Protect company assets and ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience in order entry and basic computer knowledge for administrative duties.
  • Ability to calculate basic math quickly and accurately.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under stress.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in food management and customer service.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and paperwork processes.
