As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. This position is designed for individuals who have a natural inclination towards leadership and management. In this role, you will manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift, ensuring that everyone is working together to meet the store's goals. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring that all products are made quickly, accurately, and in compliance with our recipes and portion sizes. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, from the front of the house to the back, ensuring that we provide a welcoming environment for our customers.
