About the position

As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. This position is designed for individuals who have a natural inclination towards leadership and management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently, creating a positive work environment, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your day will start with setting the tone for the shift, ensuring that all team members are ready to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will oversee various aspects of the store's operations, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. This is a hands-on position where you will also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed. In this role, you will manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift, ensuring that everyone is working together to meet the store's goals. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring that all products are made quickly, accurately, and in compliance with our recipes and portion sizes. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, from the front of the house to the back, ensuring that we provide a welcoming environment for our customers. Your professional appearance and adherence to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards will set an example for your team and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
  • Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
  • Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory control.
