About the position

The Assistant Manager position at Domino's Pizza is designed for individuals who naturally take charge and ensure that operations run smoothly. This role involves overseeing store operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. The Assistant Manager is expected to lead by example and handle various responsibilities during their shift, ensuring that everything from cost control to customer relations is managed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
  • Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
  • Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Basic math skills for cash control and inventory management.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
