Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift
- Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time
- Staffing and paperwork management
- Food management and adherence to standards
- Ensure great customer service and store cleanliness
- Marketing and profitability management
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients
- Prepare product and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Requirements
- Ability to direct activities and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work alone and with others under stress
- Meet strict quality control standards
- Analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop, bend, crouch, and reach
