About the position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations during your shift
• Ensure cost controls and inventory management
• Handle cash control and customer relations
• Set an example for the team by following policies and procedures
• Oversee staffing and paperwork
• Maintain food management and store cleanliness
• Work to a schedule and ensure adherence to standards
• Provide great customer service
• Ensure attendance and punctuality of team members
• Market the store and drive profitability

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 25 people
• Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to maintain high standards for self and team
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
