Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a smile.
  • Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payments from customers.
  • Make products consistent with Domino's standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's image standards.
  • Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Assist with inventory and cash control.
  • Help with scheduling and staffing.
  • Coach and train team members.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a retail or food service background.
  • Ability to lead by example and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic math skills to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Legally operate a motor vehicle in the state of WA, legally insured and licensed (preferred).
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a leadership role within a retail or food service environment.
  • Comfortable making suggestions and pitching in to help when needed.
