As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will be responsible for training employees, conducting daily food quality checks, taking in-person and phone orders, making pizzas, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. You will also need to demonstrate good customer service skills, pass a background test, manage shifts and the team, give out breaks, and count inventory. This position requires a natural leader who can multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively. You will be expected to set an example for your crew and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
