Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Maximize profitability by managing costs and increasing revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service to our guests
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
