Responsibilities

  • Develop Servant Leaders by prioritizing the team and restaurant over personal interests.
  • Create memorable service experiences that encourage guests to return.
  • Maintain a balance between high-quality employee and guest experiences and achieving financial goals.
  • Welcome new team members and provide necessary training.
  • Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
  • Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
  • Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
  • Thank the team consistently and celebrate successes.
  • Actively coach brand service behaviors and provide feedback.
  • Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
  • Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
  • Maintain product quality and operational standards.
  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans for improving guest metrics.
  • Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
  • Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
  • Evaluate and implement cost controls.
  • Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
  • Create and monitor schedules and manage the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent guest service skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
  • Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
