Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and marketing.
- Work to a set or changing schedule and maintain a perfect image.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willing and able to work during times of inclement weather.
- Willing to open and close the store.
- Ability to operate all equipment.
- Ability to stock ingredients and prepare products.
- Ability to receive and process telephone orders.
- Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
